Your listing is your business profile on Motorfy. Drivers who compare quotes can see your name, your photos, your rating and how far away you are, and reviews sit alongside your price and your earliest slot. A complete profile gives drivers more to go on than a price alone.
You keep ownership of the photos you add to your profile, so you can show the work you are proudest of and update it whenever you like. Quote requests arrive in your portal with a notification, and you can chat with drivers about the job in the same place.
For a small workshop this takes a chore off your plate. Instead of piecing together calls, messages and scribbled notes for each enquiry, you have the request, the vehicle and the conversation together in your portal, and you decide which jobs are worth taking. That is a calmer way to run the front counter.

- Your business name, business address and business phone number
- Your NZBN
- Bank account details, so you can be paid
A website is not one of the details registration asks for, so a business without one can still list.
Free to join, and reviewed before you quote
Joining is free. Workshops are reviewed before they can quote, so the drivers using Motorfy are choosing from reviewed businesses. Being listed does not oblige you to take any job: you can decline anything that does not fit.
Two things stay with you, as with any business. You are responsible for holding the licences or certification your work needs, and for your own tax and GST.
Which workshops can list
Anything automotive can be listed. Whether you run a garage, a tyre shop, a tinting business or a detailing business, you are welcome. That includes mechanical repairs, WOF and servicing, tyres, tinting, detailing, wraps and panel work. Yes. Profiles can show your photos, and you own the images you add.
Do I have to accept every job?
No. You can decline any request that does not suit your skills or your schedule, with no penalty.
