Tyre suppliers for NZ workshops: register your interest
If you are one of the tyre suppliers NZ workshops rely on, Motorfy would like to hear from you. Tyres are the first category we are connecting to our workshop network. It is not live yet, so the first step is to register your interest and tell us what you stock.
Not live yet. Registering your interest costs nothing.

Tyre suppliers for NZ workshops: why tyres come first
Motorfy is connecting tyre suppliers to the platform first, with other categories opening up as the work moves on. Tyre shops are one of the trades Motorfy already works with, and tyre jobs have a lot of detail attached: the car, the size, the brand preference and the date the driver needs them.
We are onboarding the first suppliers now. Supplier ordering is not live yet, and we would rather say so plainly than overpromise.
What tyre shops need from a supplier
- Accurate availability, so a quote does not rely on stock that has gone.
- Clear pricing the shop can work with.
- Reliable, predictable delivery.
- An ordering process that does not need three phone calls.
Whether you are a wholesaler, a distributor or a local agent, the tyre shops you supply care about much the same things. These are what a tyre shop owner will tell you matters most, and they are what a connection to Motorfy needs to get right.
How you could connect
There is no single onboarding path. If you already run a live API, EDI or punchout, or inventory and ERP software, our team works with yours to build the link. If not, you can send a spreadsheet or price list on a schedule that suits you, or manage stock and pricing directly in the Motorfy portal.
You can always start simple and move to a deeper integration later. We work directly with your team either way.
What we are working towards
The aim is that tyre shops on Motorfy can work with supplier stock and pricing from inside the platform, with each order connected to a real job and vehicle. You would keep setting your own prices and margins.
That is a direction rather than a delivery date. If it matches how you want to sell to workshops, getting in touch now helps us shape it around real suppliers.
Registering your interest
Registering costs nothing. Tell us what ranges you supply, how you manage stock and pricing today, and who we should talk to. Any parts business can register, and tyre suppliers are the ones we are talking to first.
If you supply more than tyres, our page about how to sell parts to NZ workshops covers the wider picture. If you want to see the workshop side, read how tyre shops can get more customers through Motorfy.
Questions parts suppliers ask
Can tyre suppliers sign up now?
You can register your interest now. Supplier ordering is not live yet, and we are onboarding the first suppliers, starting with tyres.
Is there a minimum size for suppliers?
No. There is no minimum size and no exclusivity by category or company size.
How do I share my stock and pricing?
However works for you: a live API, EDI or punchout, a spreadsheet or price list, or directly in the Motorfy portal. We work with your team to set it up.
Do I need to switch systems?
No. Motorfy is built to plug into your existing setup rather than asking you to change how you run your business.
I supply more than tyres. Should I still get in touch?
Yes. Any parts business can register its interest, and tyres going first does not mean other categories have to wait.
Tell us what tyres you supply.
Register your interest and our team will talk you through it directly.
